JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 12.06.2017 seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition and the said letter has accompanied by a letter of the petitioner, dated 10.06.2017, duly instructing his Counsel to withdraw the writ petition. Further, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has also made the following endorsement:
?May the Court be pleased to permit the withdrawal of the petition by the petitioner.?
2. In view of the above endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
