JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Erode, seeking for modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.186 of 2017 in Crl. Appeal No.126 of 2017 dated 27.06.2017 and on receipt of such application, the learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the same preferably on the same day by passing appropriate orders on its own merits.
