Petitioner is aggrieved with the non- consideration of a grant of temporary permit applied for on the route Palakkad Stadium Bus stand to Palakkad Stadium Bus stand via Puthussery, Venoli, Kalleppalli, Puthur, Tharekkad and Head Post Office. 2. KSRTC, the additional 3rd respondent, has filed an objection. The RTA directed the Secretary to conduct enquiry on the objection raised by KSRTC and report the exact distance of overlapping with notified route/approved scheme and the matter was adjourned.
3. In such circumstance, there can be no positive direction or interim direction to grant the permit, as of now. It is submitted that the WP(C).26161/14 2 enquiry officer's report has been received by the RTA. If the RTA is in receipt of the report, grant of permit shall be considered in its next meeting. It is also made clear that the objections of the KSRTC will be considered in its true perspective.
Writ petition is disposed of.
