JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petition for review of the judgment dated 31.05.2014 in O.P.(C). No.1237/2014 has been disposed of by me today. Therefore no necessity to consider O.P.(C). No. 1310/2014 on merits. Interim order passed therein is vacated and the Original Petition is closed.
2. The closure of this Original Petition does not disable the petitioner to put forth his contentions in the suit as directed earlier.
