1. Petitioner was a licensee in respect of ARD No.11. His licence was suspended on certain allegations vide Ext.P4 order. Though the petitioner has filed an appeal against the said order of suspension, so far no decision has been taken so far.
2. The complaint of the petitioner is that, though his licence was suspended, the disciplinary proceedings against him has not reached its finality.
3. Having regard to the above factual situation, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The second respondent shall finalise the disciplinary proceedings, pursuant to the order of suspension, W.P.(C)No.11126 of 2014 -:2:-
within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
