JUDGMENT / ORDER

I.A. No.14689 of 2014 : Not opposed. Allowed. I.A. No.14690 of 2014 : Not opposed. Allowed. Registry is directed to carry out appropriate amendments in the cause title of the writ petition.
When this matter has come up today for hearing, the limited relief sought for by the petitioner was for a direction to the additional 3rd respondent to consider Exts.P6 to P8 applications submitted by him for registration of his permanent workers under the Kerala Head Load Workers Act and the Rules made thereunder.
2. In the peculiar facts of this case, I deem it appropriate to grant the said relief sought for by the petitioner.
3. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of directing the additional 3rd respondent to consider and W.P.(C) No.27146 of 2014 2 pass appropriate orders on Exts.P6 to P8 applications, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and other affected parties, within a period of two weeks from today.
