The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of Certioarari to call for the records of the impugned order in Na.Ka.A2/1294/10 dated 28.05.2010 issued by the respondent insofar as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.
2. The petitioner has challenged his transfer through the impugned order from Peravoorani to Thanjavur. The said order was stayed by this Court by order dated 03.06.2010 in M.P.No.1 of 2010. Pursuant to which, he was permitted to continue in the said station, from where, he was transferred and subsequently, he got promoted and was allowed to work in the promoted post and ultimately on superannuation, he retired from service on 30.06.2015.
3. All these details have been mentioned by the respondent herein through a written communication, whereby, instructions had been given to the learned Additional Government Pleader and the same has, in turn, been produced before this Court for perusal.
4. In view of the above developments, which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition, as of now, for further adjudication. Therefore, recording the said proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 02.02.2017, this writ petition is disposed, as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
