Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the following principal relief:-
"I. issue, order or direction to decide the election petition bearing no.T202108620301481 in re; Kshma Verma Vs. Suneeta Gupta and other within stipulated time."
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case aforesaid election petition of petitioner is considered and decided by respondent no.1 in a time bound manner.
Looking into the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.1 Sub-Divisional Officer/Upziladhikari, Jamunha, District-Shrawasti is directed to decide the Election Petition No.-T202108620301481; 'Kshma Verma Vs. Suneeta Gupta and other', in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties even on the ground of strike of lawyers.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
