The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the revisional court namely Additional District Judge-3, District- Moradabad to disposed of the proceedings in Revision No. 06 of 2020 (Kshitij Singhal Vs. Vineet Kishore Jain and Others).
It is further argued by Ms. Akansha Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that the interim injunction application being Application No. 6C is pending consideration before the Revenue Court.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the revisional court namely Additional District Judge-3, Moradabad is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application for the grant of interim injunction, if possible on the next date fixed. In case, on the said date on account of any reason, the said application could not decide, the Additional District Judge-3, Moradabad will decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months thereafter and with further direction to the revision court to decide the entire revision expeditiously.
