Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel and Sri Atul Tej Kulshreshtha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, the University.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
" Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to produce the Degree of the B.Ed. to the petitioner bearing roll no. 11207141195 of Bachelor of the Education, examination 2011 held in 2012 as regular candidate."
Sri Atul Tej Kulshreshtha, learned counsel appearing for the University has produced a copy of the instructions dated 20.9.2021, which are taken on record, according to which, enrolment number provided is incorrect as per the Enrolment Department of the University. Therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner may supply the correct enrolment number and he may be directed to produce the original mark-sheet and may pray for amended mark-sheet as per rules so that necessary action may be taken in accordance with law.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with the observation that in case, petitioner produces the documents as required by the University before the respondent no. 3, Registrar, Dr. Bhimarav Ambedkar University, Agra, he shall consider and pass necessary orders in accordance with law and in case, claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, he shall ensure supply of necessary degree to the petitioner within the shortest period, if possible, within a period of one month from the date of production of self- attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court.
It is made clear that this Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
With the aforesaid observation, present petition stands disposed of .
