Petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking conduct of a vigilance enquiry with reference to the matter projected in Ext.P5 representation. The writ petition itself has been filed in the year 2012. In any event, the petitioner would have to move the appropriate authority for such reliefs substantiating as to how the proceedings could be initiated against the persons or the body against whom the allegations are raised.

Leaving open such remedies, the writ petition would stand closed.
