Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur, Guntur District, which was registered for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 324, 354, 498-A, 506, 509 r/w. 34 of IPC and 3 & 4 of D.P. Act.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner is A3. She seeks for grant of anticipatory bail.
She allegedly committed matrimonial offences.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, being mother-in-law of the victim, has been falsely implicated in the case. Where the petitioner is a senior citizen and is also a lady, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
