The petitioner retired from the post of Collection Amin on 28.02.2013. His pension has fixed by the authorities. Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has satisfactorily worked for 34 years but the benefit of promotional pay scale under the A.C.P. scheme has not been extended to him and consequently correct admissible salary to petitioner has not been made the basis for determination of petitioner's pension. Representation made in that regard has also not been examined and hence petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that second respondent would get petitioner's claim enquired into and would pass necessary orders.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent No.2 annexing all materials in support of his claim along with certified copy of this order within four weeks from today. The claim of petitioner would be got examined and an appropriate order would be passed within a further period of four months thereafter. All consequential actions would be taken accordingly.
