This petition has been preferred challenging the judgment and order dated 18.7.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C Court No. 21, Allahabad as well as the order dated 7.9.2016 passed by the A.C.J.M.,Court No. 5, Allahabad.
Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of present petition on the ground that remedy of revision is available to the petitioner against the orders impugned in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in Dinesh Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P., ( AIR 2017 Alld.-29 (F.B.).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file a revision.
The prayer is accepted.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
