(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 05.08.2009, passed in I.A.No.217 of 2008 in O.S.No.132 of 2008, by the learned District Judge, Thanjavur.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on account of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent, who is the purchaser, has settled the petitioner's claim.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and the same is, therefore, closed. No costs.
