JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner aggrieved by the refusal to renew the Arms Licence approached Land Revenue Commissioner by Ext.P10 appeal. Petitioner submits that it is on account of two criminal cases registered against him, his request for renewal of Arms Licence was declined. It is further submitted that out of two cases involved by him, in one case, the petitioner has been discharged by Ext.P11 and only one case is now pending. Considering the pendencey of Ext.P10, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate order on Ext.P10, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
