The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the Munsiff Court, Pathanamthitta to take up and dispose of I.A.No.2066/2014 said to have been filed by the plaintiffs for getting temporary injunction. 2. The complaint is that the matter was heard as early as on 13.10.2014 and no orders have been passed. Subsequently it was posted for re-hearing and the matter was finally heard on 20.11.2014. Yet orders have not been pronounced. This, according to the petitioner, has caused irreparable loss and injury to him and he says that he is unable to preserve the subject matter of the suit.
3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondent is unnecessary.
This original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Munsiff Court, Pathanamthitta to take up I.A.No.2066/2014 and O.P.(C) No.2907/2014 2 pass appropriate orders on that petition in accordance with law before the court closes for Christmas holidays.
Registry is directed to communicate the order to the Munsiff Court, Pathanamthitta today itself.
