Abraham Mathew, J. By judgment dated 3.3.2014, we allowed the appeal and set aside the decree passed against the appellant. This review petition has been filed to review the judgment. The main ground is that we did not take into consideration “the agency principle stipulated under the Indian Contract Act.” In fact, this amounts to a statement that the law has not been properly appreciated.
There is no allegation that there is any error apparent on the face of the records. A review petition is not maintainable on the ground that the law has not been properly understood by the court. So, this review petition is not maintainable. Dismissed.
