It is represented by either side that the issue between the parties had been settled out of Court and a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 04.10.2016 had been filed to that effect, which has been signed by the parties and their respective counsel. The terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise are recorded. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise, which shall form part of the decree. No costs.
