JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner relying upon the decision in case of Central Board of Secondary Education & Anr. Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay & Ors, reported in 2011 STPL (Web) 685 SC, contended that the candidate examinee has right to have his answer books inspected by himself and he confines this petition to petitioner's right only for re-inspection of his answer book by himself.
In view of the special concession and giving up of other contentions, the Court is inclined to issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 30/1/2012. Direct service permitted.
