THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R In this petition the petitioner has prayed for writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 15th June 2019 passed in No.SSLF/EST/DE/GC-013/2015-16 by the second respondent The Commissioner, Survey Settlement and Land Records, Bangalore. Prayer is also made for quashing the order dated 02nd July, 2019 passed by the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal in Application No.3851 of 2019 vide Annexure-D.
2. We have heard Shri Jayakumar S. Patil, the learned senior counsel appearing for the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate and have also gone through the order dated 02nd July 2019 passed by the Tribunal. In the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make necessary application before the Tribunal for consideration of the interim prayer; and if such an application is made, the Tribunal is requested to consider and pass appropriate order. Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
