Present Civil Application is filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone delay occurred in filing Second Appeal.
Taking into consideration averments made in the application, Civil Application is allowed. Delay occurred in preferring Second Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Office is directed to show name of Mr.Prasad N.Bhatt, learned Advocate in place of Mr.Pradip S.Bhatt.
