(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) [1] The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 13 days caused in preferring the criminal appeal against the judgment and order dated 06.05.2011 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad in Sessions Case No.48 of 2009.

[2] Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned, therefore, condoned. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
