JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed to challenge the auction notice issued by the first respondent dated 08.07.2010.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by Mr.Mohammed Ibrahim Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner that no auction has been conducted, pursuant to the said notice.
3. In view of lapse of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs..
