JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that the suit is of the year 2003 and therefore, he prays for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.1850 of 2003 on the file of the learned XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.1850 of 2003 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
