This Court by the impugned judgment quashed Ext.P3 rejection order issued by the respondent Corporation and directed respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a site inspection to ascertain the ground realities. The intention of this Court to give an opportunity to the respondents to ascertain whether high rise buildings are there in and around the petitioner's property. In the judgment, on account of an inadvertent oversight in the pleadings mentioning that the adjacent property is also having high rise buildings, this Court directed the respondents to inspect the adjacent properties. The petitioner now wants to get that mistake rectified through this review. This Court is of the view that there is no harm in correcting the said error. 2. It is further submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the title of the property was transferred to the SBT Officers Housing Co- operative Society Limited and Travancore Bank Officers Educational Society and those societies have filed applications before the Secretary to change the name and address of the building permit application. The fact of change of name and address was not brought to the notice of this Court while disposing of the writ petition. Though a review was sought on this ground also, at the time of hearing, the learned senior counsel for the review petitioner submitted that the same be left open to be considered in appropriate proceedings.
In the result, this review petition is disposed of making it clear that the site inspection directed to be conducted by the second respondent shall be confined to the petitioner's property as well as the properties in and around the said property. The question regarding the change of title is left open to be decided in appropriate proceedings.
