This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Criminal Case No. 194 of 2018 (State of U.P. vs. Krishna Pal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 088 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Mahila Thana, district Muzaffar Nagar pending in the court of CJM, Muzaffar Nagar expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
