JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, a member of the 2nd respondent Service Co-operative Bank alleges gross mismanagement and maladministration by the persons, who are in administration of the Bank. Though various instances of mismanagement have been brought to the notice of the authorities, the petitioner complains that no action has been taken in the matter till date. Ext.P2 is one of the representations pending before the 3rd respondent. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P2. 2. The Government Pleader appears for respondents 1, 3 and 4.
3. Since Ext.P2 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the same to be considered, without further delay.
This Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation submitted W.P.(C) No.11076 of 2014 -: 2 :-
by the petitioner in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner, the 2nd respondent as well as other interested persons.
