The defendant in O.S.No.21 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Sub Judge, Thrissur is the appellant. The matter was referred for mediation and it is reported by the Mediator that the matter has been settled. The terms of settlement entered into between the parties is also forwarded by the Mediator.
2. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties at the mediation, the impugned decree and judgment are set aside and the suit, O.S.No.21 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Sub Judge, Thrissur is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
A copy of the settlement agreement shall be appended to this judgment and the original shall be preserved. In view of the provision in Section 69A of the Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act, the court fee paid by the appellant shall be refunded.
This RFA is disposed of as above.
