2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.170 of 2010 before the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tindivanam for specific performance and the said suit was dismissed by the trial Court. Against the said judgment and decree, the petitioner has preferred an appeal in A.S.No.13 of 2014 before the Principal District Court, Villupuram, which is pending for more than three years. The petitioner being a senior citizen, therefore has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the said appeal within a stipulated time.
3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Court, Villupuram to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.13 of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. According this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
