JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition in the light of the order passed under Order 21 Rules 101 and 103 of CPC, with liberty to file the appeal before the Appellate Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file the appeal before the competent Court, if so advised, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Till then the respondent is directed not to precipitate in the Execution Petition proceedings. No costs.
