JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in P.R.C.No.23 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner filed a petition under Section 482 the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, challenging P.R.C.No.23 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, after filing the Criminal Original Petition the case was committed to the Session Court and the same was taken on file is S.C.No.135 of 2015
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
