Krishnakumari vs Sreeja

There already exists a report and plan of the Advocate Commissioner in the suit for injunction. NO case has been made out to issue another Commission at the time of execution proceedings. Whether the decree is capable of execution or not is not a matter to be reported by the Advocate Commissioner at this stage. I do not find any error of jurisdiction in the order impugned warranting interference. The Original Petition is dismissed.
