It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Housing Board that as against the order in the writ petition Housing Board has filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.1628 of 2016 which was admitted and an order of stay was granted and subsequently interim order was extended and the appeal has been finally disposed of by issuing certain directions.
2.In the light of the subsequent orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his rights in accordance with the directions therein.
3.With the said observations, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
