Learned AGP, Ms.Krina Calla, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
Present application has been preferred by the applicant- original petitioner for fixing early date of hearing of main special civil application.
It appears that by admitting present Special Civil Application, learned Single Judge passed the following order on 14.10.2008 :
The matter pertains to Senior Citizen. Hence, RULE. Expedited. The deduction of the pension will be subject to the result of this petition.
The respondents will file reply within three months. If the reply is filed, it will be open for the petitioner to file an application for early hearing .

(K.S.JHAVERI, J.) It appears that though respondents were granted 3 (three) months time to file reply, no reply has been filed by the respondents in the main petition. Still however, if the respondents so choose to file reply within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today, Registry is directed to notify the main special civil application for final hearing on 26th October, 2009.
Rule is made absolute accordingly.
