List revised. none is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. Even on the last occasion i.e. 22.07.2021, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner to address this Court.
Present writ petition has been preferred against the order dated 17.11.2020 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation, U.P. at Lucknow whereby transfer application moved by the petitioner has been rejected.
Perused the impugned order dated 17.11.2020. I do not find any illegality, perversity or irregularity in the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation, U.P. at Lucknow, which has been passed after considering all the grievances as raised on behalf of the present petitioner for transfer of the case. No ground is made out so as to warrant indulgence of this Court in exercising its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed with no cost.
