Learned Standing Counsel points out that proceedings under Section 25 (1) are pending before the prescribed authority. In paragraphs 11 and 12 of the writ petition it is asserted that the election to the society were held in which the petitioner has lost and the respondent No. 3 was declared as manager.
Faced with this the only prayer made by the petitioner is to grant leave to the petitioner to approach the competent court since he is aggrieved by the result of the election.
It is open to the petitioner to approach the competent court/ authority for redressal of his grievance as per law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
