2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 02.04.1998 passed by Sessions Judge, Bareilly in Criminal Revision No. 79 of 1998, whereby Revision has been allowed and the order under Revision dated 09.02.1998 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Bareilly has been set aside and respondent-2, Smt. Rani alias Anita was ordered to be given into the custody of her husband.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
