The petitioner claims himself as complainant of a case registered as case crime No.737 of 2011, whereby he has raised allegations against opposite parties 4 to 6 for kidnapping his daughter. It is stated that two months time has passed, but no action has been taken in the matter, whereas the accused are moving freely in the same very village. Thus he doubts the fairness of the investigating officer. He has moved an application for transfer of the application to the other police officer before the Superintendent of Police, Bahraich.
Therefore, we hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the Superintendent of Police, Bahraich i.e. the opposite party No.2 to look into the matter and if the allegations of the petitioner are found correct, take necessary action in the matter.
With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of finally.
