The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, Krishna Pal Singh and Amar Pal Singh, in Case Crime No. 99 of 2019, under Sections- 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Samthar, District- Jhansi.
The applicants have approached this Court at post-cognizance stage praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants when charge-sheet has been submitted against them on 31.12.2019. They have not brought on record the material collected by the Investigating Officer in support of the charge- sheet.
In view of paragraph 45 (1) of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and Another, this anticipatory bail application deserves to be rejected.
It is accordingly, rejected.
