Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 05.10.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.8103 of 2020 (Krishna Pal Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
An affidavit of compliance has already been filed by Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party, which is on record.
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
