Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan for the Land Management Committee as also learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated 22.04.2017 passed against the petitioner in a case Under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006/ 122B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act as also a consequential order dated 05.08.2019.
Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a recall application, which is pending consideration. The petitioner is therefore availing an alternative remedy.
Even otherwise, against the orders impugned, the petitioner has the remedy of an appeal under Section 67(5) of the Act or a revision under Section 122B (4F) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy.
