Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits on instructions that the claim of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Sub Inspector shall be duly considered by the competent authority and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
