Prachi(petitioner-2) appears before this Court and claims herself to be major. She has filed her birth certificate which shows her date of birth as 14.12.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married with Krishna Murari Tiwari(petitioner-1). She has filed marriage certificate issued by Arya Samaj, Harsha Vihar Puraniya Office, Aliganj, Lucknow.
In view of the statement of Prachi(petitioner-2), the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.0248 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Sarpataha, district Jaunpur, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
