Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for a direction to the respondents to pay his post retirement dues and benefits.
In paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the counter affidavit, the State- respondents have given details of payment of post retirement benefits paid to the petitioner including pension.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still some amount is due and payable by the respondents to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grievances before the competent authority regarding non-payment of post retirement benefits, if any, within four weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If such a representation is made within the stipulated period, it shall be considered by the respondent no.2 and a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law, shall be passed within next three months.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
