Re: Writ Petition Learned Standing Counsel was allowed time to file counter affidavit on 7.11.2006. No counter affidavit has been filed by the State respondents. As prayed by learned Standing Counsel four weeks' further time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Since I am sitting in Division Bench, the case is released. List before the regular Bench hearing such matters. The case need not be treated as tied up or part heard with me.
