The petitioner, who was appointed as a Head Master in the leave vacancy in Shanker Shikshan Sansthan, Rampurwa, Shahganj, District Faizabad has preferred the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the salary of the post on which he was working.
On 21.3.2002, an interim order was passed by this Court directing the respondent no.3 to take decision in accordance with Rules and relevant orders on the subject on the proposal of the management committee in regard to the appointment of the petitioner in the leave vacancy within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
There is nothing on record to indicate as to what happened thereafter. This petition was filed in the year 2002. More than 17 years have passed. It appears that the petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and that is the reason why no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
