Another supplementary affidavit has been filed. However, once again the approved Scheme of Administration has not been filed and thus, it is not possible to ascertain whether election of the two Institutions is due or not.
In the circumstances aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing proper documents.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
