Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not have any instruction from the petitioners in the matter.
Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 11 and Sri R.P. Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no. 10 states that all the payments as due to the petitioners have been paid on 22.11.2018 which is shown in the order of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Mahoba.
It appears that the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
In case any cause is left to the petitioners they may apply for recall of the order.
