By means of the present petition the petitioner has come to this Court for restoration of possession of certain landed property.
Such a dispute cannot be decided in writ proceedings where neither any witness can be examined nor evidence can be evaluated.
The petitioner has to approach appropriate forum for determination of his rights and title over the property in question.
The writ petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
